The Cep***** Masterclasses

Our masterclasses invite you on a sensory journey through exceptional wines and spirits. In the intimate setting of our Saint-Félix cellar, our sommelier shares his expertise and guides participants through guided tastings, sometimes accompanied by dinners paired with food and wine or spirits. These unique moments combine education, pleasure and gastronomy, offering our guests an enriching and memorable experience at the heart of our private collection of over 1,200 Burgundy wines.

HISTORY

Our masterclasses passionately retrace the history of wine through decades of expertise, thanks to our Head Sommelier and wine tourism expert.

EXPERTISE

All our masterclasses are led by external speakers who are experts in their field (winemakers, France’s best sommeliers, etc.).

THE PLACE TO BE

You will be welcomed into our 16th-century courtyards, then immersed in history in one of our historic cellars or in the warm and timeless setting of the Loiseau des Vignes restaurant.

TASTINGS

During our Masterclasses, you will be offered 6 to 7 wines or spirits: in a vertical tasting or specific theme, you will travel through time and/or space…

WINE PAIRING

Our dinner masterclasses are held in collaboration with the chef at Loiseau des Vignes. An exceptional menu is carefully planned and crafted to complement the wines or spirits.
